The Timber Creek Outdoors Heart Breaker muzzle brake is purpose-built for .223 Rem / 5.56x45mm NATO AR-platform rifles and carbines.
Constructed from lightweight aluminum and finished in a rugged Black Cerakote coating, the Heart Breaker tames felt recoil and keeps the muzzle down for faster, more accurate follow-up shots. The Cerakote surface stands up to the heat, carbon fouling, and weather a hard-use carbine sees on the range and in the field.
The brake threads 1/2″-28 tpi, the standard pitch for a .223 Rem barrel, and is compatible with any barrel featuring a bore diameter of .223 or smaller, covering the full 5.56x45mm NATO spec. A locking nut is included, making installation and indexing simple so you can set timing and lock the brake down tight.
Weighing roughly 2.9 oz with the locking nut, the Heart Breaker adds meaningful recoil control without piling weight onto the end of your barrel.
