Description
The Streamlight TLR RM 2 is a low-profile, rail-mounted tactical light purpose-built for long guns. Driven by a high-performance LED, it pushes 1,000 lumens of white light through an HPL beam face cap for a tight, far-reaching 22,000-candela beam that reaches out to 297 meters.
The body is machined from 6000-series aircraft aluminum with a black anodized finish, paired with an impact- and chemical-resistant engineered polymer switch housing. At just 4.97″ long and 4.68 oz, the TLR RM 2 keeps a compact, snag-resistant footprint on your rail. It is rated IPX7 waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes, so the light is built to keep working through hard use and foul weather.
Controls include independently operating push-button and remote pressure switches, giving you instant activation at the light body with the option of a remote tape switch for support-hand or fixed-position use. A momentary and constant-on push-button sits on the housing, and a user-programmable strobe runs for 3 hours on a fresh pair of batteries, with 1.5 hours of runtime on the high setting.
The TLR RM 2 clamps directly to Picatinny rails using Streamlight’s keyed mounting system, and ships with a mounting key kit and two CR123A batteries so it is ready to mount and run straight from the box.
