The Springfield Armory XD45382 is a polymer backstrap magazine sleeve purpose-built to adapt the grip on Springfield XD-M Compact pistols chambered in .45 ACP. Designed as a single-piece unit and finished in black, this sleeve installs on the base of an extended magazine to fill out the compact frame’s grip contour for a full-size feel.
This sleeve is specifically engineered for the XD-M Compact .45 ACP with a 3.8″ barrel configured with the 2 backstrap. Its lightweight polymer construction keeps the added weight to a minimum while providing the additional grip surface area needed for a secure, controlled hold when running high-capacity extended magazines.
