The Springfield Armory XD-M Compact Magazine is a factory original 13-round detachable pistol magazine built for the XD-M and XD-M Elite Compact .45 ACP pistols. Constructed from stainless steel with a matching stainless finish, this double-column magazine is engineered to the same factory tolerances as the magazines originally shipped with XD-M Compact handguns.
This version includes the factory X-Tension backstrap sleeve (Backstrap 1), which extends the grip frame of a compact XD-M or XD-M Elite to full-size dimensions. With the sleeve installed, the compact pistol carries the same grip length and control radius as the full-size XD-M, while the 13-round magazine drops flush with the bottom of the extended sleeve. The body carries the XD-M logo, and the magazine functions as a direct factory replacement for any standard XD-M Compact .45 ACP pistol.
