The Smith & Wesson Model 63 is a small-frame J-frame revolver chambered in 22 LR, with an 8-shot cylinder and a 3-inch barrel and cylinder machined from stainless steel finished in a satin stainless coating. Sized for personal protection and sport shooting, the Model 63 is purpose-built as a compact, controllable .22 LR revolver.
This revolver operates in double-action / single-action with an exposed hammer, giving the shooter both rapid double-action follow-up shots and precise single-action fire. The 3-inch barrel pairs with an overall length of 7.25 inches, keeping the Model 63 compact and well balanced. At 24.80 oz, it is light enough for comfortable all-day handling while still managing recoil in a small-frame platform.
Sights are configured for fast acquisition, with a HiViz fiber optic red front paired with an adjustable rear for fine-tuning point of aim.
