The RCBS 87076 Rotary Case/Media Separator is a bench-top reloading tool designed to quickly separate cleaned brass cartridge cases from tumbler polishing media after a vibratory or rotary tumbling cycle. A simple hand-cranked rotary drum action lifts and dumps the cases while the heavier media stays behind in the bottom of the drum, leaving the reloader with clean, ready-to-process brass in seconds.
This multi-caliber separator is built around a heavy-duty polymer drum finished in green, sized to process up to 180 .30-06 cases or up to 400 .38 Special cases along with their polishing media in a single batch. The wide-mouth opening makes loading the drum from the tumbler and unloading the finished brass straightforward, and the rigid polymer body stands up to repeated use on a reloading bench or shop workbench.
