Description
The RCBS 18915 Carbine 3-Die Set is part of RCBS’s Group B Carbide family and is configured specifically for handloading 45 ACP straight-wall pistol cases. The three-die configuration pairs a carbide sizer die, an expander die, and a seater die with an integrated taper crimp that seats the bullet and finishes the case mouth in a single station.
The carbide sizing die resizes fired brass without the need for case lubrication, while the dedicated expander bells the case mouth to properly accept a new bullet. The taper-crimp seater delivers the controlled case mouth reduction needed for reliable magazine feeding in 45 ACP semi-auto pistols without over-crimping jacketed or cast lead bullets. Carbide insert construction is built for the long service life demanded by high-volume handloaders.
