The black half-frame holds a pair of polycarbonate lenses finished with a hard coat for impact resistance and scratch resistance, so they hold up to regular range time without slowing you down.
The clear lens is anti-fog treated to fight lens haze during active shooting, indoor ranges, and changing temperatures. A 99.9% UV protection coating blocks harmful rays, and the glasses carry an ANSI Z87.1+ safety rating for high-mass and high-velocity impact that meets the standard for occupational and shooting eye protection.
Comfort is built in with soft rubber nose pieces and anti-slip rubber temple sleeves that keep the glasses planted through recoil and movement.
