The Pointer Acrius KAR2828 is a classic-styled 28 Gauge over/under shotgun built for upland bird hunting, clay-sport shooting, and traditional field use. This full-size O/U pairs well-balanced handling with the trim profile of a 28 gauge platform on a break-open action with a top tang safety.
The true over/under barrel stack measures 28″ and features a vent rib for cooling and a clear sight plane, fed by 2.75″ chambers and topped with a bright fiber-optic front sight for fast target acquisition. A complete set of five interchangeable chokes – Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full – ships with the gun, letting the shooter tune patterns from close brush work to long-range pass shooting.
The nickel steel receiver carries an ornate laser-etched floral coin finish that gives the Acrius its signature European-style look. The fixed Turkish walnut stock wears a warm brown finish, configured for an ambidextrous hold that suits right- and left-handed shooters alike. With its two-shot break-open capacity (one shell per barrel) and refined wood-to-metal fit, the KAR2828 brings traditional upland-gun aesthetics to an accessible O/U platform.
