The MTM Case-Gard R-50 is a flip-top rifle and shotgun ammo box designed to organize, protect, and transport up to 50 rounds of short-magnum and large straight-walled rifle cartridges and shotshells. Molded from tough, impact-resistant polypropylene in a translucent Clear Blue finish, the R-50 will not warp, crack, chip, peel, expand, or contract under normal range and field conditions, and the see-through body makes it easy to identify the load inside at a glance.
This RMLD5024 version is built around cartridges and shotshells with a maximum overall length of 3.08″, making it the right box for short-magnum and large straight-walled rifle rounds as well as 28 Gauge shotshells. The dedicated compartment grid holds each round individually so pointy bullets do not tumble against primers, and the mechanical Snap-Lok latch with full-length hinge keeps the lid closed during transport and opens with a positive click when you need a round at the bench.
Calibers this box fits include 25 WSSM, 270 WSM, 7mm WSM, 300 WSM, 325 WSM, 338 Federal, 45-70 Government, and 28 Gauge shotshells.
