The Magpul Hunter X-22 stock is an ergonomic, full-featured chassis purpose-built for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown series of rifles. Injection molded from reinforced polymer, this drop-in replacement upgrades the factory 10/22 Takedown stock with substantially improved ergonomics, adjustability, sling mounting, and accessory options, all without adding significant weight.
The Hunter X-22 uses half-inch stock spacers to deliver a full range of length-of-pull adjustment from 12.5″ to 14.5″, letting shooters dial in fit for everything from a youth shooter to a full-size adult. The comb is also adjustable for height, allowing proper eye alignment with optics of varying sizes. A reversible trigger latch is included to accommodate the Ruger 10/22 Takedown’s take-down action so the rifle functions exactly as designed after the chassis swap.
Built around a free-floating barrel channel for accuracy, the forend features integrated M-LOK slots for mounting lights, bipods, and other M-LOK compatible accessories. Multiple ambidextrous sling mounting points are molded into the stock for traditional or single-point sling configurations. The 60-degree grip angle provides a natural, comfortable hold whether shooting prone, seated, or offhand.
Finished in black, the Hunter X-22 keeps your 10/22 Takedown lightweight and packable while turning it into a far more capable and comfortable shooter. It is an excellent drop-in upgrade for varmint hunting, plinking, or general rimfire fun. This stock configuration carries no swivel studs.
