The Leupold 50004 Standard Base is a 1-piece scope mount base purpose-built for Remington 700 right-hand long-action rifles. Forged and machined from steel and finished in low-glare matte black, this single-piece base provides a rock-solid, low-profile mounting platform that bolts directly to the rifle’s receiver for a precise, repeatable scope-mounting foundation.
The Standard Base is designed to receive Leupold standard rings (sold separately), attaching to the receiver using Leupold’s proven twist-lock style base system. The right-hand long-action fit is cut specifically for Remington 700 RH long-action receivers, giving scope mounts the proper spacing and geometry demanded by the long-action action length.
