The Lee Precision Carbide 3-Die Set is a complete reloading solution for handloaders working with the .38 Super (and the closely related .38 ACP) bottleneck pistol cartridges. Built around Lee’s carbide sizing technology, this three-die set lets you reload pistol brass without case lubrication, speeding up the bench and producing clean, consistent ammunition.
The set includes a carbide full-length sizing die with Lee’s signature solid carbide insert, ground to a special contour that avoids the objectionable belt mark common to ordinary carbide pistol dies. A powder-through expanding die flares the case mouth and drops the powder charge in a single step, while the bullet seating die features an adjustable crimp that ranges from a slight taper to a full roll crimp to match your preferred load.
All three dies are machined to the standard 7/8-14 thread for compatibility with common reloading presses. Lee ships the set with a Universal Shell Holder, a Powder Dipper, and printed instructions and load data so you can begin loading right out of the box.
