The Henry Golden Boy Youth (H004Y) is a compact lever-action .22 S/L/LR rimfire rifle purpose-built for younger and smaller-statured shooters, while preserving the polished good looks and smooth action that define the full-size Golden Boy line.
A 17″ blued octagon barrel is paired with a gleaming Brasslite-finished receiver, giving the H004Y its signature two-tone Golden Boy appearance. The 1:16″ twist and target crown support consistent accuracy with .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 LR ammunition, while a brass bead front sight and adjustable semi-buckhorn rear provide traditional iron-sight aiming for plinking and small-game hunting.
The rifle feeds from a full-length tubular magazine holding 12 rounds of .22 LR or 16 rounds of .22 Short, cycled by a crisp lever action with a standard trigger and a hammer safety. It wears a classic American walnut stock finished in brown, sized down for youth shooters with a shorter length of pull, and is built in the USA.
At just 6 lbs with an overall length of 33.75″, the H004Y is light, balanced, and easy to handle for new and younger shooters learning the lever-action platform. It chambers the three most popular .22 rimfire cartridges from a single rifle, making it equally at home on squirrels and rabbits in the field or on the range for casual target shooting.
