Chambered in 12 Gauge with a 2.75″ plastic hull loaded to a low brass height, this round carries a full 1 oz payload of 8 lead shot at a measured 1250 fps, a classic payload-and-velocity combination that has long been a go-to for dove and quail hunters.
The Field Dynamics line is specifically intended for small game and upland bird work, and this Dove & Quail load can also be pressed into service for casual clay target shooting between hunts. Loaded as a low-brass hunting shell, it is a versatile, value-oriented round for the field and the range.
