The Federal Black Cloud FS line of 12 Gauge steel shotshells is engineered for high-velocity waterfowl hunting, pairing Federal’s proprietary FLITESTOPPER system with premium steel shot to deliver hard-hitting performance on ducks and geese working over decoys.
This load uses a 3-inch magnum hull driving 1-1/8 oz of 4 steel shot at a muzzle velocity of 1635 fps. The Black Cloud FLITESTOPPER payload combines a 60/40 blend of two pellet designs at the same 4 shot size – FLITESTOPPER steel pellets with their distinctive cutting-edge profile paired with round Premium steel pellets – so every shell carries more effective shot on target, with the FLITESTOPPER component creating larger wound channels on impact. The shell is built on a nickel-plated high brass casing for corrosion resistance and reliable feeding through pump and semi-auto waterfowl guns in cold, wet conditions.
Loaded for waterfowl hunting, the Black Cloud FS is offered in 25-round boxes or a full 250-round case of 10 boxes so you can stock up before the season opener.
