Description
The Dead Air KA180 E-Brake is an enhanced muzzle brake engineered for Dead Air Nomad-30 suppressors. Built by Dead Air, the E-Brake acts as an active brake at the end of the suppressor to further tame recoil and muzzle rise without changing the host rifle’s hold.
The E-Brake is machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished in a tough Black coating for long service life. Its 1.735″ diameter is sized to sit flush with the Nomad series, so the brake reads as a natural extension of the suppressor rather than a bulky add-on. The design delivers added recoil reduction, improved gas venting, reduced dust kick-up when shooting prone, and lower sound pressure on bystanders.
Installation is straightforward: the KA180 attaches at the end of a Nomad-30 suppressor, giving silencer owners a fast way to add brake-style performance to an already quiet host. It is purpose-built for the Nomad-30, with the same rugged construction Dead Air is known for across the suppressor lineup.
