Description
The Browning Cynergy CX is an over-and-under 12 Gauge shotgun built on Browning’s low-profile break-open design with a MonoLock Hinge. Chambered for 3″ shells with a 2-round capacity, it is purpose-built as a crossover gun for sporting clays, upland, and light field use. The Cynergy’s steel receiver wears a low-luster silver nitride finish for a clean, corrosion-resistant look that complements the gun’s compact profile.
At the heart of the CX are 32″ blued crossover-designed barrels with a lightweight profile, ventilated top and side ribs, and a vent rib. The crossover point of impact is set at 60/40 for an all-purpose sight picture. Sights consist of an ivory bead front paired with a mid-bead rear for fast target acquisition. The gun ships with the Invector-Plus flush choke system and is supplied with Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified chokes.
Controls are arranged for a natural mounting position: a top tang safety sits where the thumb falls, and the three-position trigger lets the shooter select the firing mode. The right-hand CX is dressed in a charcoal gray composite stock with textured gripping surfaces and an adjustable comb for a custom fit. At 7.13 lbs and 50″ overall, the Cynergy CX is a balanced, fast-handling O/U designed for shooters who want one shotgun that can do it all.
