Description
The Barnes Tipped TSX in 338 Lapua Mag is a premium all-copper hunting projectile engineered for long-range accuracy and reliable terminal performance. Loaded as a 265 grain boat tail with a polymer tip, the LRX design pairs a high ballistic coefficient with controlled expansion for hunting at extended distances.
Each bullet is built around a solid copper body with a polymer tip that initiates consistent expansion on impact. The boat tail profile, sectional density of .331, and ballistic coefficient of .575 help the projectile retain velocity and resist wind drift downrange. A cannelure provides a positive seating reference for handloaders. Because the bullet is all copper, it is fully lead-free and compliant with lead-free hunting zones.
Recommended primarily for long range hunting, these projectiles are well suited to magnum rifle handloads built around the 338 Lapua Mag case. Each box contains 50 projectiles ready for handloading.
