The Barnes Bullets Tipped TSX brings the legendary all-copper Triple-Shock X performance to handloaders in a streamlined, polymer-tipped boat-tail configuration. Built around a 100% copper body with a polymer tip, the 25 caliber 80-grain TTSX Boat-Tail is engineered for hunting applications with 25 caliber rifle cartridges.
Each bullet is precision-formed from a solid copper body with no separate jacket-to-core bond, virtually eliminating core-jacket separation and delivering 28% deeper penetration than conventional lead-core bullets. The polymer tip initiates rapid, consistent expansion on impact, and the all-copper construction promotes maximum weight retention. A factory cannelure provides a positive crimp reference for handloaders using tubular magazines or needing a secure seating stop.
The TTSX BT carries a .316 coefficient and a .173 sectional density, with an overall bullet length of 1.013″. Each box contains 50 bullets – projectiles sold individually as reloading components, not loaded ammunition. Refer to the Barnes load data for your specific cartridge before reloading.
