The Barnes Bullets Expander MZ is a 50 caliber muzzleloader projectile built on the same all-copper, 100 percent copper X-Bullet design that made Barnes famous, with a large hollow cavity engineered for quick, sure expansion on impact.
Each 250 grain hollow point is paired with an included sabot for use in modern in-line muzzleloader barrels. On impact, the bullet is designed to expand to roughly twice its original diameter, peeling back into six razor-sharp copper petals that deliver deep penetration and consistent terminal performance on game.
This 50 Cal, 250 gr Expander MZ is purpose-built for hunting in in-line muzzleloading platforms. Each box contains 24 projectiles ready to be loaded at the range or in the field. As a muzzleloader-specific bullet, this listing is for the projectile component only and is not loaded ammunition.
