The Archangel AA556R conversion stock transforms a Ruger 10/22 rimfire rifle into an AR-15 style chassis with the handling, controls, and accessory compatibility of a modern sporting rifle. Built around a one-piece carbon fiber and polymer frame finished in black, the AA556R replaces the factory 10/22 stock with an M-4 style platform ready for optics, slings, and aftermarket furniture.
Up front, the free-float handguard is topped with a full-length Picatinny rail for red dots and magnifiers, while the chassis integrates an AR-style pistol grip and an extended magazine release for familiar controls. An adjustable cheek rest and a six-position buttstock dial length of pull in from 10.25 to 14.25 inches.
Range-day practical touches include an integrated storage compartment, multiple QD sling attachment points, an overall length of roughly 24.4 inches, and a barrel channel that accepts standard 10/22 barrels up to .920 inches in diameter. Installation is straightforward: drop the 10/22 barreled action out of the factory stock, transfer it into the Archangel chassis, and reinstall the take-down screw.
