The kit contains 24 pre-cut and shaped sections already die-cut to common hot-spot areas on heels and toes, so there is no need to fumble with scissors on the trail. Apply a precut Moleskin shape directly to clean, dry skin over a developing hot spot to reduce friction before it becomes a full blister. For blisters that have already formed, the included GlacierGel dressings – one sheet of large oval and one sheet of small rectangular hydrogel patches – cushion the wound, relieve pain on contact, and create a moist healing environment that helps you keep moving.
