The Action Target ICE-QT is a paper qualification target built around the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement firearms training program. This 2009 version of the official ICE target is reduced to 25% of the original full-size silhouette, giving instructors and officers a compact, high-contrast aim point for scoring drills, transition work, and qualification courses on a standard range.
Each sheet is printed in crisp black on white paper and depicts a man with a firearm silhouette. The 2009 revision introduced a new line dividing the head zone for more precise shot-placement scoring during qualification strings. Targets measure 17.5″ x 23″ on standard paper stock that is easy to mount, easy to read downrange, and quick to swap out between strings of fire.
Targets are designed to be hung on a standard target hanger or backer board. The reduced 25% size makes the ICE-QT a smart fit for indoor ranges, shorter distance qualification work, and reduced-area bays, while still representing the official agency scoring zones used in ICE qualification courses.
