The bolt action operates as a single-shot with a 1-round capacity, simplifying operation and reinforcing safe handling habits at the bench, on the range, or in the field.
The 16.12″ barrel is finished in matte blued steel with a 1:16″ twist optimized for standard .22 LR ammunition, and is threaded 1/2×28 to accept a muzzle device or suppressor for adult-supervised range sessions. It sits on a matte blued carbon steel receiver that hosts Savage’s crisp AccuTrigger and a simple thumb safety, delivering a clean manual of arms. The rifle measures 30.63″ overall and tips the scales at just 3.50 lbs, light enough for extended shooting sessions without fatigue.
