The Beretta A400 Xtreme Plus is a premium 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun purpose-built for waterfowl and demanding upland hunting. Built around a 3.5″ chamber that cycles the heaviest magnum loads, this A400 Xtreme Plus blends Beretta’s gas-operated semi-auto reliability with a refined, fast-handling layout.
At its core is a 26″ Steelium barrel with a vent rib, engineered for consistent patterning and long-lasting durability in punishing conditions. A 2+1 capacity tubular magazine keeps the action running without unnecessary bulk. The lightweight aluminum receiver trims weight for long days afield, while a fiber optic front sight paired with a steel mid bead delivers a fast, intuitive sight picture in low light.
The fixed stock incorporates Beretta’s signature Kick-Off hydraulic recoil-reduction system, dramatically softening felt recoil to keep the gun on target for quicker follow-up shots. Wrapping the stock and forend in Gore Optifade Marsh digital camouflage, the shotgun is finished in a scientifically developed pattern that breaks up the hunter’s silhouette in marsh and flooded-timber environments. A right-hand configuration completes the package.
