The Springfield Armory XD45381 is a factory backstrap magazine sleeve (Sleeve 1) designed specifically for the Springfield XD-M Compact chambered in .45 ACP with a 3.8″ barrel. This black polymer, one-piece sleeve installs between the backstrap and an extended magazine baseplate, filling the gap to give shooters a solid, full-hand grip that feels like a single, integrated unit.
Engineered to follow the contour of the XD-M frame, Sleeve 1 is sized to match the factory Backstrap 1 on XD-M Compact .45 ACP 3.8″ pistols.
