The sight is built around a CNC-machined steel housing finished in black, and carries a bright green fiber optic insert that gathers ambient light for a fast, high-contrast aiming point in low-light and overcast hunting conditions.
An extremely low-profile design helps the Glo-Dot Universal Pro eliminate eye-dominance issues and encourages both-eyes-open shooting, while also promoting proper gun mounting and shouldering on the stock. The sight installs easily on any vent rib width, making it a quick, no-gunsmithing upgrade for nearly any shotgun used for wingshooting, upland bird hunting, or turkey hunting. The fiber optic element measures .078″ in diameter for a clean, well-defined aiming reference during fast target acquisition.
