Description
The Lee Pro 1000 Shell Plate 19 is a quick-change steel shell plate designed to drop directly into the Lee Pro 1000 reloading press so reloaders can swap calibers in seconds rather than tearing down the entire press. Sized as plate 19, this shell plate indexes a single brass case at a time through the sizing, priming, and bullet seating stations, and is the dedicated Lee plate for the Pro 1000’s most common family of pistol cartridge head sizes.
Shell plate 19 is cut to handle the cluster of similarly dimensioned auto-pistol cases including the 9mm Luger, 40 S&W, 10mm Auto, 38 Super, 38 ACP (38 Auto), and 41 AE. Because these cartridges share nearly the same case head and overall length, a single shell plate covers the entire group, making it a smart spare for reloaders who run more than one of these chamberings through a Pro 1000.
Machined from steel with a silver finish, the plate snaps into the Pro 1000’s indexing turret and holds one case per station as it rotates through the reloading sequence. Quick-change shell plates are the simplest way to convert the Pro 1000 from one cartridge to another in a matter of moments.
